Grenfell Tower should have been Much, Much Better

Grenfell Tower was originally intended to be of a much more sophisticated – and certainly more highly insulated – design. However, cost restrictions imposed by Kensington Borough Council made this intention to be severely limited. Cheapness is likely to lead to lower standards which, as in so many other cases, ;led to a later attempt at improvements. With, it is believed, disastrous results.
